A Négy Elem relaxációs zene a kapcsolódó tematikus művészetterápiás alkotói folyamatok során a négy elem (Föld, Levegő, Víz, Tűz, avagy a négy jungi pszichés funkció Gondolkodó, Érző, Érzékelő, Intuitív) önmagunkban megjelenő jellegzetességeinek felfedezését szolgálja.

A terápia során az elemek specifikus jellemzői szimbolizálják a természetben és az emberi személyiségben megjelenő párhuzamos mozgásokat. Az elemek különféle formában jelennek meg, mely transzformációkat azok tipikus természetben megjelenő hangjai kísérik (esőcsepp, a tűz pattogása...).

Adott személyiségtípust jellemző elemek ritmikája (föld - lassú, levegő - gyors...) célirányos tartalommal tölti meg a zenét. Az elemek hangszerekkel párosíthatók azok érzelmi hatása alapján. A zene és az alkotói folyamat imaginációs képeken keresztül hívja fel a figyelmet a feloldásra váró komplexusokra.

The Four Elements relaxation music serves to explore the self-evident characteristics of the four elements (Earth, Air, Water, Fire, or the four Jungian psychic functions Thinking, Feeling, Sensory, Intuitive) during the related thematic art therapy creative processes.

During therapy, the specific characteristics of the elements simulate the parallel movements that appear in nature and in the human personality. The elements appear in different forms, which transformations are accompanied by their sounds in nature (raindrops, the crackling of fire ...).

The rhythm of the elements characterizing a given personality type (earth - slow, air - fast ...) fills the music with purposeful content. The elements can be paired with instruments based on their emotional impact. The music and the creative process draw attention to the complexes waiting to be dissolved through imaginative images.
