When Gijo and I listened to his LP, which was still in production at the time, I felt it was such sophisticated, tasteful, and imaginative music I'd never heard before.
At first, it seemed incomprehensible to me how this level of quality could be kept throughout 13 tracks, but as I got to know him better, everything became clear.
Gijo is a musician through and through, and although he specializes in bass guitar, he plays practically any instrument as if he were born with it.

I felt I had to spread his wor(l)d in my way and transform it into musical worlds it might not have reached in its original form.
The remix is both a collaboration on film post-production and the result of my endless respect for him.
